LUCRATE MILK - I LOVE YOU FUCK OFF LP (Aatypeek Music / Archives De La Zone Mondiale)
Complimenting the "Lustiges Tierquartett" reissue of Lucrate Milk's first 7" on Danger Records, Atypeek Music and Archives De La Zone Mondiale present the first-time legitimate reissue of this 17 song discography. Originally released in 1987 on Bondage Records "I Love You Fuck Off" is a mind-numbing, weird punk experience and the perfect introduction to this band. Lucrate Milk from Paris, France were active from 1979 until 1984. During this period this four-piece developed a totally nonconformist product of no wave, punk and free jazz. The songs sound pleasantly bizarre and manic. High screaming vocals pierce over the tracks in between frantic saxophone melodies and discordant beats that sometimes seem to break together. The whole record is really exhausting to listen to and that's one of it's main secrets. You can hear hints of British bands like Crass, X-Ray Spex and The Slits but of course Lucrate Milk delve into a much more experimental and broken realm. An authentically gritty and unique European punk classic! (Listen to it here)
